Recently Noeline Murphy (the Bookie) took on the role of treasurer at our BNI chapter where I currently hold the Vice President role. I have been super impressed with her competency and attention to detail.

In the short time she has been treasurer, she has found and corrected many past mistakes (eg some members being charged GST when there should be none, undercharging and overcharging errors in membership fees, expenses incorrectly coded in Xero etc).

She has provided clear and concise feedback to the members and projections of future expected funds. She is quick at resolving payment arrears, doing so in a firm but friendly manner.

Noeline Murphy has been a great asset for our business, particularly over the COVID 19 challenging times when we had to reconcile all the transaction for a growing e-commerce business.

Noeline has added structure to our bookkeeping systems which has been well documented in our office manual. Previously it has been a nightmare when training new admin staff. It was like starting the admin system from scratch which was very disruptive and inefficient as it took weeks to get new staff up to speed.
